Summary: It is my strong belief that this company sales refurbished products as new.Not only do bluetooths not last as specs both not one cases where bad.After a long deliberation with emails with net direct I recieved two more very used cases that would not charge either.Now my emails are rejected by thier server (dont know why) and I am through with trying to resolve this.It is only my opinion that they are disonest and would never by from them anymore even to save a buck.Ps...
Pros: Cool look. Black is discreet. Very comfortable -forgot it was in my ear. Liked the idea of the charging case - less cords to mess with in the car and theorectically 10+ days between charges with light use. Customer service manager was very helpful.
Cons: Unit #1 -bad mic Unit #2 -multi function button had a mind of it's own Unit #3 -would "pair" but not "connect" Unit #4 factory direct -callers complained of sound quality and my answering service could not understand me with background noise.
