"A great bluetooth headset"

greenlex4, CNET
22 October 2010
  • Pros: The Plantronics Discovery 665 only weighs 9 grams. You receive 3 soft gel ear tips to allow you to find the perfect fit. You can recharge at your PC with the USB charger or the car charger.
  • Cons: Didn't work well with my HTC EVO, so i'm giving it away to a friend who can use it! Love the fit but the sound would come & go!

great price... quality not so much

19 May 2010
  • Summary: So after waiting for bout a week - a week and a half, finally I got it in the mail, earlier than expected. For the price, it was a steal, but only problem is: the quality was garbage. It connects just fine but call quality... if I try talking to anyone or even access voicemail, the extreme amount of static completely overrode the conversation.

"Negative customer support"

camanotim, CNET
15 October 2009
  • Pros: Pairs quickly, connects quickly. Incoming sound quality generally good. Outgoing sound quality very good with good background noise filtering. Good battery life. Should be 4 stars, but:
  • Cons: Incoming sound quality not so good if the caller is on speaker phone, then it drops out frequently. Three sizes of eartips do not necessarily fit all, some must use earloop. Customer support is not user friendly. Minus 3 stars.

"Earpiece holder snaps off too easily"

PlannerNeecy, CNET
10 September 2008
  • Pros: Lightweight, clear connections
  • Cons: The 2 pieces that snap together on the car charger is a terrible design. They are always easily coming apart - even if I hit a small bump while driving. It hits the floor and I cannot use it until I pull over and retrieve it
