Great product

TM8000, Mwave.com
26 January 2010
  • Summary: This was a great buy that allowed me to talk with both hands free and clear and loud voice. I never received complaint from my friends on the other end of the line, and they could not tell if i was using wireless device. It is more expensive than average, it was money well spent for the quality. Highly recommended.
  • Pros: clear voice, look, range, reliable. Actually works!
  • Cons: none

Awesome Headset

davidbankson, Mwave.com
21 January 2010
  • Summary: Ive used this daily for the past two years. The strengths and weaknesses pretty much sums it up...it never fails to impress in call centers, its pretty simple to set up, Im always leaving work with it on because its so lightweight! The sound quality is VERY good, battery generally lasts 5-6 hours, and the charging base gives about 2 minutes of charge per 1 minute of being on the charger...pretty impressive.
  • Pros: Great range, reasonably comfortable, very lightweight, great sound quality, decent battery life, super fast charge, professional look, easy to access power button, good low-volume indicator as beep via earpiece
  • Cons: Wonky mute function, awkward location of volume buttons

Merlin Wireless Headset

glanglitz, PriceGrabber
14 May 2008
  • Summary: I have found the CS70N to be exceptionally good with conversation. I had the original CS70 and the added benefit of noise cancelling is notable. I personally found it comfortable with limited use, but my secretary commented otherwise. She uses it more than I do and feels the pressure on the inner ear after 30 minutes. Plant. Gives various earpiece sized which is great, and you can change ears for added comfort.
  • Pros: compatibility, clarity and ergonomics
  • Cons: none so far

11 April 2008
  • Summary: This headset is comfortable easy to use easy and to setup and works really well. I have no overall complaints with the headset although I do feel Plantronic's sometimes takes advantage of their place as the best in the market by charging as such.
  • Pros: comfortable easy to use easy to setup and works really well.
  • Cons: price is a bit high

Automatic Handset lifter

mvader, PriceGrabber
23 April 2007
  • Summary: It works so well on my 2-line Siemens (2420) desk phone that it's hard to call it an add-on. My only negative comment would be that it must be purchased separately when upgrading to the desktop system using the Voyager 510. This is truly "trick".
  • Pros: Exactly what's needed
  • Cons: None, thus far.

good lifter

npasic, PriceGrabber
7 February 2007
  • Summary: I am using this lifter with my bluetooth Plantronics headset that connects to both, my cell phone and my land line, at the same time and it does it job pretty well answering and lifting my land line phone headset because of bluetooth connectivity , there is a slight delay between pressing the answer button and the actual lift; other than that there is nothing negative I can write about this item
  • Pros: reliable
  • Cons: none
