Summary: If you are in a large business, you are better off getting headsets that you can actually change the battery. Otherwise be prepared to shell out extra cash.

You can't change the batteries on these, so you have to go and order either a new headset unit (about $100) or get the whole thing for $180 or try to use the warranty and wait a few weeks. Cons: A real pain to configure. For no reason I could identify, it didn't work with the phone I had. I messed around with it for ages thinking I was doing something wrong. Finally bought another phone and it worked.
Summary: I can travel hands free now throughout two store-fronts and I can easily answer calls and end calls. my phone is not the type intended for this lifter but the installation set included easy to use attachment options that fit my phone! Crystal clear connection that is truly hands free!
