Summary: If you are in a large business, you are better off getting headsets that you can actually change the battery. Otherwise be prepared to shell out extra cash.
Pros: Good price, easy to setup and good range.
Cons: Out of the dozen or so we have ordered, 3 of the headsets went bad in less than a week. You can't change the batteries on these, so you have to go and order either a new headset unit (about $100) or get the whole thing for $180 or try to use the warranty and wait a few weeks. All in all, its not worth it unless you plan to have extra headsets on site.
Summary: I can travel hands free now throughout two store-fronts and I can easily answer calls and end calls. my phone is not the type intended for this lifter but the installation set included easy to use attachment options that fit my phone! Crystal clear connection that is truly hands free!
Got what I was expecting from Plantronics and then some!:

Pros: - Easy to install - Excellent support from Plantronics - Great reception (long range) - Comfortable to wear (comes with multiple ear pieces for customization) - Charge lasts a very long time As a support tech, I wear the earpiece 8+ hours per day. It is really comfy. I thought I would have to lose the headset a bit each day to recharge, but was pleasantly surprised. Got the handset lifter (60961-32 HL10) for it - would highly recommend it as well. I have had no major ...
Cons: If I walk too fast, sometimes I get wind noise in the mic. I am usually at my desk, so no egg loss for it. I am sure a wind sock would solve the issue.
Summary: I've had this for about a year with no issues. I spend many hours per day on long conference calls and this thing last about all day without a recharge. Although I also bought the receiver lifter and like that feature. Answering the phone just requires picking up the earpiece and hanging up happens automatically when you return the earpiece to the cradle.
Pros: Long battery life Easy to use very light weight excellent range
Cons: In order to put on the gel earpiece, you press it onto the unit and rotate it 90 degrees to lock it on. However, this makes itdifficult to get the earpiece to go into your ear due to the fact that it rotates while putting it into your ear.
