This is a REFERB, and not new.

Eric S., Newegg
18 December 2014
  • Summary: iSave needs to update this listing to address the fact that these are not new. PLantronics advised these are no longer in manufacturing production, they were replaced by the black version for the CS530's replacement 87235-01.
  • Pros: It works with the CS70N as stated, was clean and looked unused.
  • Cons: The item here is not marked as a refurbished product but clearly is marked on the headset by printed "referb" word on the unit. Purchased 10/1/14 Mic died mid November 2014. Plantronics states referbs are NOT covered by a 1 year warranty if the product was not purchased directly from Plantronics ...

Great when it works, not so great when it doesn't

Robert H., Newegg
6 December 2011
  • Summary: If you are in a large business, you are better off getting headsets that you can actually change the battery. Otherwise be prepared to shell out extra cash.
  • Pros: Good price, easy to setup and good range.
  • Cons: Out of the dozen or so we have ordered, 3 of the headsets went bad in less than a week. You can't change the batteries on these, so you have to go and order either a new headset unit (about $100) or get the whole thing for $180 or try to use the warranty and wait a few weeks. All in all, its not ...

Annoying

Ryan H., Newegg
17 September 2011
  • Summary: Definitely not plug and play.
  • Pros: Once you get it set up, it works more or less as expected.
  • Cons: A real pain to configure. For no reason I could identify, it didn't work with the phone I had. I messed around with it for ages thinking I was doing something wrong. Finally bought another phone and it worked.
