Summary: The pain in my neck has subsided. I no longer have to hold the phone between my shoulder and ear while completing other tasks. The pain is gone! I can move around the office and still talk with customers.
Summary: This is very comfortable to wear once you find the right combo of ear piece and headset (a selection is included). Hold a charge fantastically long. My biggest qualm is finding the right volume, I find I am constantly fiddling with the volume control on the headset and the phone itself. Too loud and peoples voice become distorted.
Summary: Great small business solution for those who need to be on the phone to make money. Great for our older Lucent phone systems. No signal conflict with several users in a small office environment.
Pros: Clear Signal, Durable, Good Sound, Lightweight
Summary: This piece of essential office equipment has increased my productivity tremendously. I no longer have to be tethered to my desk while on hold or on extended calls. I am free to move around and do other things like make copies, file, etc. And it is so much better on my neck and elbow!!! I would definitely recommend buying the "lifter" so that you can answer the phone when you are away from your desk. It is well worth the additional cost.
Pros: Stays charged all day. Crystal clear sound. Light weight.
Cons: Ear piece alone doesn't fit snuggly. When you turn your head, it wobbles around a bit. (However, the over-the-head attachment is perfect.)
Summary: The Plantronics CS50 along with HL10 lifter is an excellent headset system overall as it can work with a large variety of phones. The only cons I have with it are that it can't control business phone functions such as select a line, hold, etc... so you must rely on the phone picking up the appropriate line when the handset is lifted.
Pros: Clear signal, good range, good volume
Cons: Can't control phone functions, lifter not 100% reliable
