Pretty typical in price and functionality. Good but not great.

Summary: Good solid headset. Pretty typical in both function and price. To be honest you can get essentially the same headset for the same price at any Office Max or Staples. The sound is clear and loud, the headset fairly comfortable and light. I use mine at my work from home desk once or twice a week. One tiny gripe. This one has the volume and answer/end control on a module on the wire.
Summary: This is an excellent product for the money. I'm using it now to write my review with the Dragon NaturallySpeaking software. Headband is very comfortable as is the earpiece. Highly recommended.
Summary: Works well for voice recognition purposes. I'm using it with dragon dictate 4.0 (with latest updates) on my MacBook air 2012 running Yosemite. Even the in line mic on/off works. Comfortable and sturdy enough.
Summary: I was looking for a headset with good sound quality, that was light & easy to use. This worked out of the box straight away. I plugged it into my laptop, fired it up & the system recognised it straight away, as did the recording software. I've just completed hypnotherapy training & required this for making audio CDs for clients whilst they are in hypnosis. The sound quality needed to be good & the device easy to use. This headset does this.
Summary: Bought his headset to use voice recognition software( Dragon). Comfortable, easy to wear, long flexible cord if needed to move away from computer. Lightweight, easy go adjust head band. Recommend this product.
Summary: I bought this headset to use with Dragon dictation software. I previously used a standard headset that plugged into the line in for my Dell latitude E6540. Supposedly the very best laptop that Dell produce. However playing back the recorded speech there was a great deal of background hiss and the quality of my voice was poor. This Plantronics USB headset is truly astonishing.
Summary: Seems the sound quality is fine. Also I like the fact it only covers on ear - so she can hear when we should "DINNER IS READY - CAN YOU SHUT DOWN THE PC NOW!". I like the fact you plug it into a USB socket in the computer, and we're using it on a Mac Mini without any problems. (You normally find all USB devices work fine on a PC but there's always a very slight concern with Macs). I think the sound adjustment is a great addition.
Summary: Just plugged it in, both the WinXP and Win8 found the device first time, and both OSs switched to it after suggesting a prompt to do so. Works fine with GoToMeeting from Citrix. Nice to be able to mute the mic using the inline switch, but don't forget to switch it back on again!
