Summary: I would recommend this headset to a friend.
Pros: The sound is good, and the Bluetooth/USB option is Nice. If I'm playing an online game talking to others an my phone rings then it will play over the game and ring in the headphone. Just have to remember to turn off the Bluetooth on your phone or else if your in the same area as your headset then...
Cons: I don't think it is worth the 100 dollars I paid for it. I would say something more like 65dollars would be more accurate, but I'm still happy with the buy.
Excerpt: I've been using a C720 for a few months.
It works great for Lync, and my iPhone over Bluetooth. Battery is great for those who need a good comfortable headset when they travel. I've used with iPhone, and Galaxy phones.
Excerpt: Good headphone but the microphone stopped working after 6 months. Ordered a replacement and I have the bear the cost of shipment of returning the defective item for warranty replacement. I was also having trouble switching it from laptop speaker and microphone to headphone since it uses USB.
Excerpt: This headset does not provide sidetone for Apple products (Mac and iPhone). Sidetone is the effect of the sound picked up by the microphone being instantly introduced at a low level into the headphones.
Excerpt: I bought this for my work softphone. It is the most comfortable over the head headset I've ever used. The ear pieces are very soft - and comfortable even for a two hour long conference all. The sound is amazing.
Excerpt: I work in a loud and crowded sales office (8-10 people on the phone at all times calling and doing demos) and this worked perfectly. People on the other end of the call were able to hear me well.
Excerpt: I have used this headset when travelling to provide professional audio recordings for webinars and training videos and have had no problems with it. The wireless features are great when I want to have a relaxing time watching a video on my tablet. Highly recommended
