Summary: For good reproduction of sound/voice in the most comfortable size and package available at a reasonable price -- you have found what you are looking for. You will not be disappointed as long as you do not fall into the con list.
Pros: I have taken this little unit to task. I say this for those that are wondering about gaming as well as professional Skype and customer interaction. This little unit will do the job. Light weight. Easy to use. Comfortable. Excellent Voice pick-up for the size. Good sound reproduction/ for its size...
Cons: -- No cons -- You just have to be realistic on what you want from a headset. There is a low-level hiss in both earbuds, and my voice seems to feedback through the microphone into the earbuds. This issue was not present with my previous Plantronics...

Excerpt: This is the best wired headset all around that I have used for business applications. I use it frequently with my laptop running a Cisco softphone. Excellent quality, comfortable and no configuration needed under Windows 7.
