Summary: Paired instantly with my ipod. This is my first wireless headset. Takes a minute to get them aligned correctly, but worth it. Kept waiting to catch cords (which no longer exist). Once on, they are very comfortable, and more stable than corded units. The freedom is terrific. Got these for working outside, but I'll be using them much more often.

Summary: This happens to be my second pair of Backbeats. The first pair, 903's, had to be replaced only after being stolen. They served me well for nearly three years. So how Backbeat 903+ stack up? They rock!!! I use these primarily with my Samsung Galaxy player and only occasionally with my Samsung phone. First, the pair with both units was simple and quick. I took them out of the packaging and followed the concise and clear instructions.
Summary: I own more than six BT headsets including the BackbeatGo. I like these the best. The backbeatGO volume at max is no where near what this pair can put out. If you like bass, there is a settting for bass boost, read the instructions carefullly. There is a mute function as well.
Pros: All day battery; excellent volume; A3DP; full-featured, including a bass-bost setting
Cons: I did not like the included tips and found adapting a pair of stepped silicone earbud tips helped both sound and fit. After about 2 years of use, the rubber on one ear just disintegrated. I used electrical tape and wrapped it up. Looks ghetto, still works great!
Pros: I work in construction and have put my headset through some tough wear, broken the adjusting extensions and super glued them fixed and unmovable. These things are pretty tough, I can answer my phone while on a ladder with both hands occupied with my shoulder. Jam out to music when I want. Voice commands and button functions work great, never have to take my phone out from it's holster, noise cancel from wind works great. Battery life is awesome one charge last me the ...
Cons: May be a little heavy for some people. Cuts music in/out if you jog with phone in your pocket. Need to have the shoulder phone strap.
Summary: I originally got this product for listening to music off of my iPod when I go for runs so I wouldn't have to worry about a wire getting snagged and the headphones coming out. I have to say this product works really well at this. It sits well in the ear. It does take a little finesse to adjust it to fit well in the ear but when you do it's great. It's light so it doesn't feel awkward wearing.
Summary: I do recommend these headphones to everyone that are looking to a bluetooth enable headphones. Call quality is very impressive and loud both in-coming and out going calls. The battery life is ideal for those that want to use it for music on the go. It is advertised to be 7 hours of continuis usage and in my experiensed closed to or over 8 hour mark which is impressive for the time it was released.
Pros: The Plantronic Backbeat 903+ Bluetooth Headset are great item for the price. The sound quality is above average and has a nice base. It may have 5 buttons but each with multiple functionalities. Each button has 2 options. Most Bluetooth devices as well as iphones will work with these. They have around 8 hours of battery life (even though it advertised at 7) and the recharge time from dead to full is around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Cons: 1. The Plantronic Backbeat 903+ Bluetooth Headset has a fixed rubberized ear loop which may not align with your ear canal. 2. These headsets are not water resistance, so sweat or swimming must be avoided at all cost.
