Excerpt: Very good product. My computer has several front face usb ports so it was easy to put the wireless antenae into the computer. The headsets were comfortable and had good quality reception. The microphone has excellent quality, actually better than phone voice and audio. I like the on/off feature of the mic by turning it on by pulling it down to your mouth and turning it off by putting it back up to your temple.Once the headset is programmed it is near flawless.
Summary: i had this headset for exactly 2 years before the mic broke. speakers still work perfectly and sound great really sturdy headset otherwise.
Pros: wireless feature allowed me to roam the house and still chat with friends using volume controls to key up on TS3/Ventrillo. mic muted by putting boom in the up position. sounds great.
Cons: cant charge while using. battery life is a bit to short if u plan on using for more than 5-6 hours a day. mic boom is mechanical causing wires to break making the mic to stop working. volume keys are the only keys usable for hotkeys forcing you to have the volume all the way up and manually turning individuals down on TS3 or Ventrillo.
Summary: I worked at a call center for nearly 3 years, and owned 2 of these headsets for 2.25 years of that service. They have survived 10 hour days if charged during the lunch break, otherwise you're pushing it.
Pros: • Under $100
Cons: • Dongle easily damaged if you aren't careful. NOT FOR USE IN LAPTOPS THAT ARE USED IN YOUR LAP
Summary: Even though they didn't come with software, I would still have given these a 5/5 if I could use them while they were charging.
Pros: At the risk of sounding like a representative I just have to say these headphones have ensured I'll be buying Plantronics again if these darn things ever die. I bought these headphones three or so years ago and they still go strong.

Summary: I have owned these for over a year and have had no problems with them at all. The batteries last about 3.5 to 4 hours and then they need to be charged. As with any rechargeable battery you should drain them all the way then charge back up fully. The button thing mentioned here is completely blown out of proportion. They have a light on the earpiece that tells you on blue off or charging red. Not a big deal.
Pros: Pretty comfortable and good for gaming. No cable to worry with.
Cons: Can't change out the batteries if they go bad.
Excerpt: I really wanted to go wireless in my office for my google voice VOIP. I also wanted full headphones to cancel out my family's noise from my work dAY AND SO i COULD PUT ON MUSIC IN THE BACKGROUND. It took a little while for me to get the settings figured out, because yopu lose your external speakers when you connect the wireless receiver USB. Unless you figure out how to re-configure the settings, which I finally did.
Pros: Connects Easily, Good Sound, Good Volume Control, Noise Cancellation
Summary: I use this headset daily for business. I average about 4 hours of use a day. As long as I don't forget to charge it at night and don't have more than 6 hours of calls in a single day, I never have a problem. I travel with it twice a week from the home office to the main office; it takes a beating and keeps performing. I've been very happy with this headset.
Pros: Sound quality. Comfort. Range. Battery life. Setup. Durability.
Cons: Cannot charge and use the headset at the same time. There is no low-battery indicator. When the battery does die, you need to recharge the headset, and you're left without a headset.
