I would purchase again, their customer service people aren't so bright

Summary: I purchased this brand and model of headset because of its reputation. Everything I had read gave the company and the headset high praise, so I decided I needed a pair too. The headsets themselves are great! Quality construction and such, the only down side is I haven't gotten to actually use them yet. I knowingly purchased my pair without the required dongle.
Summary: - the way it is constructed is ok. its lasted 3 months now without any signs of it breaking, but i can tell it was somewhat cheaply made, and i dont think it will last years, and i will be lucky to get 1 year from what im reading.
Pros: -its wireless..
Cons: -uncomfortable to wear. had the head set for 4 months and its still uncomfortable.
Plantronics .Audio 995 Digital Wireless Stereo Headset

Summary: I was not happy with the time one could use the headset without recharging them. I would use them and put them aside and a few hours later they would have to be recharged.I am in the process of returning the product.
Summary: These headphones were bought for use with Dragon software. Whilst completing the task assigned to it reasonably well, the headphones themselves are rather tight and restricting, despite the use of the USB dongle that comes with them. The headphones have on the side and irritating small switch to turn them on (blue) or off (red) Most of the time, it is difficult to see which light is showing without removing the headset completely.
Summary: When I first bought this headset I loved it, I still do but after one year of use, it started to not work properly which made me sad. If you have big ears, you wont find this headset comfortable. The usb thingy is extremely sensitive. The sound quality is good according to me. But I didn't have the chance to try anything better.
Summary: This headset is very good and clear. Both the speakers and mic works fine, and the arm with mic can be adjusted to avoid heavy breathing in the conversations. It is a little heavy but it does enclose the ears to remove back-ground noise which is good. I first tried a blue tooth device, but for some reason Sony has a non-standard blue tooth stack in their PC, so my other Blue Tooth headset didn't work.
Summary: First one I got would not charge. Amazon sent pre-replacement, but by sloowwww Royal Mail, yuck. The headphones themselves work fine, pretty good quality, but faint background hiss. For recording, there is a DC offset and a small hiss. This could be much better. The earphones are a bit too small - I don't know anyone with ears that small... What's that about, Plantronics? So your ears get gently crushed, which turns into pain after an hour or two.
