Excerpt: I purchased a phone system thru Staples that would utilize a jack and headset. This is what I set out to buy. I got distracted and bought a headset with two jacks, not one. Now I am out of luck and have to travel another 30 miles to a Staple store to try again to find something.None the less, I still love Staples, the error was mine.
Summary: Decent sound and good microphone. Volume control and High/Low/Mute mic switch are nice. Main issue is they are not very comfortable. Much tighter fit than the similar headset they replaced. Don't get these if you need to wear them for long periods.
Excerpt: These headphones have a nice feel. The adjust well and it is easy to attach with the long cord to your PC. The sound is really clear and full. The spectrum is not squeaky or too bass. The mute button is easy to find and hit. The high low tone switch really helps to control how others sound. the volume control works easily too. I think they really are a good value for the non-gamer user. I just wanted something to do video conferencing with friends and family.
Excerpt: I liked this model as it was inexpensive and had a mic that was nice and sensitive. The click stops on the over the head bridge was loose, but I adjusted the clicking mechanism on it and got it to work fairly well.
Summary: This is a great headset. The microphone works well and the volume adjuster on the wire is conveniently placed. The volume range is also very good, better than previous units I have used. Sound quality is excellent. The only thing I don't love about it, and the reason for four stars instead of five, is that it fits a little more snug than I am used to and hurts my ears if I wear them too long, but I think I will adjust to them and maybe they need to just be broken in as...
Excerpt: These work for the application I use them for which is gaming. They are not noise cancelling so you can still hear noise in the room like a TV. Mic works well and the controls on the cord are a nice touch. They are comfortable for a short period of time even while wearing glasses. I don't expect the foam ear cushions to last very long because they are thin. All in all I like them and will use them till they wear out.
Excerpt: Great sound volume, The In switch line is a good idea. plus the long line has a clip that could be attached to clothing. Only problem is the jacks microphone & ear phone that you plug into the computer or Laptop should be flexible. I broke the 1st Plantronic headset and microphone jacks accidentialy.
Excerpt: I originally gave these a 5 star review. Couldn't figure out how to edit it. Broke less than 3 months later. Staples will only replace up to 14 days. So, filed claim with Plantronics for replacement. Will see what happens... I still love the headphones, mainly because of the way they fit my head so well, but will be much more gentle with next set.
Pros: Comfortable, Fit Head Snugly, Great Sound, Lightweight
Cons: Broke Only 3 Months Later, Flimsy Construction
Excerpt: I normally have a hard time finding headphones that will stay tight enough on my head, so they don't keep slipping down below my ears. These are the best headphones as far as fitting my head firmly and keeping in place on my ears, that I have ever had. That alone makes these a winner in my book. The next thing I love about these headphones is that the mike can be turned completely forward or backwards.
Pros: Comfortable, Compact, Durable, Good Value, Great Sound, Lightweight, Stylish
