Excerpt: Works perfectly, no hiss, no distortion. Rechargeable batteries last a long time so far. Sound quality is perfect. Feels very comfortable. I don't get any significant hardware noise when I adjust it on my head as I saw another reviewer had written.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound, Lightweight, Stylish
Excerpt: Give me my wired headphones back! These things just sound awful! They were insanely expensive, and these Pioneers had the absolutely best reviews of any wireless headphones as I read review after review on the web. They sound a bit like a 1983 compact disk when digital was in its infancy and people were complaining about "bleeding ears". They are almost as bad as Bose.
Excerpt: I use this on the treadmill to watch TV and block out the treadmill noise while ensuring freedom of movement. The sound quality is exceptional which is what I care most about. I was concerned about spending the extra money but CNET rated the phones so highly that Ib figured I'd take the leap and no regrets. Very convenient to use, easy to set up and it's rechargeable.
Excerpt: I use these to watch tv in bed late at night and I couldn't be happier. They're very comfortable and sound great. The batteries have to be removed and placed in the receiver to recharge and I kind of wish the receiver had a remote but otherwise I can't find any problems with these headphones.
Excerpt: I was expecting great sound and very comfortable headphones for the price, and only got the great sound. I have a Beyerdynamic DT811 which is big and envelope my ears and a Sennhesier HDR 120 which sits very gently on my ears. This is small, more like the inexpensive Creative headphones which this replaces. It presses on my ears and my ears are just a bit larger than the inside of the cushions.
Excerpt: First off, I'll address the only con. These headphones are flimsy; definitely to be handled with care. I can only assume that Pioneer designed them this way to keep costs down (and given the choice between amazing sound and durability, I think they made the right choice). Everything else about them is perfect. They are comfortable and have amazing sound. I have my DVD player connected to the digital input and my Xbox to the optical input.
Pros: Comfortable, Good Bass, Great Sound, Lightweight
Excerpt: As previous reviewers mentioned, any white color on the Plazma TV screen makes these cans silent. This is very anoying. Infrared transmission cuts sound also, even when you move your body a little bit. Sound is very good but not "AMAZING" as a lot of people say. Returned them after 3 days of use. Got Sony MDR DS6500. No distortion, no sound cut offs. Very nice. Sound is not that good as Pioneers but acceptable. I can walk around my house and hear TV, even go outside.
Pros: Comfortable, Great Sound, Stylish
Cons: Flimsy Construction, No Optical Cable, Poor Value
Excerpt: I use these headphones to watch TV and movies as I have hearing problems. These work very well. I can now hear most of what I used to miss during a show. They are simple to set up and use. I especially like the optical and digital inputs which connect easily from the satellite receiver and DVD player and produce excellent sound reproduction. well worth the money. Nothing negative so far!
