Summary: I have purchased 2 pairs of the Philips SHS4700/37 Earclip Headphones in less than a year. The first one developed a short in the cable after a few months--only one ear would receive the sound. Then that ear totally cut out! But I like the clip-on style, so I bought a 2nd pair. Today, 2-3 months after purchasing the second set, a short in the cable near the plug-in is causing the sound in the right ear to go in and out. Think I'll try something else this time around!
Summary: These fit comftorably on my ears but ride above the earhole therfore losing alot of the sound. They also do not fold in because of the fit. If they are placed over the earhole then they sound very good. I gave them to my daughters who have small ears and they are happy with them.
Summary: I love, love, love ear clips...but be careful with these. Wrap around headbands are heavy, hurt my neck, and mess with my hair. Earbuds are just painful. these ear clips are so comfortable and the sound quality is excllent, however, the cord is also extremely delicate. i have broken more then one pair within the first few weeks of purchasing them. There is another version in this same family; they are white and the cord is sturdier then the balck ones.
Summary: I love to listen music without any headphone, Though I like it. Sometimes It becomes irritating but I think it's good. I can use it for more than 5 hours a day and there is not any problem. I like this kind of headphones and I think it is a good one with this price.
Summary: I bought these after buying an Ipod because the in the ear design is very frustrating, the first time the wire yanked out of the base when I turned my head to one side, I returned them and when I received my second pair, I removed them from the box and one of the over the ear hook was already snapped off, I'm returning these as well, and this time I'll take the refund instead of the replacement, bought my first pair of these 2 weeks ago..
Summary: These headphones are my absolute favorite. The earclips fit easily, comfortably and securely... no constant re-adjustment, like the more popular earbuds. And they're more portable than most earclip styles... without that bulky plastic around-the-head band, you can better fit them in your purse or bag... also makes them great for wearing with hats in the winter. The last pair I had lasted several years, so they're pretty durable too...
Summary: I have trouble wearing ear buds so am always looking for headphones that don't take a lot of room in my bag, are comfortable, and have fairly good sound. (I don't use headphones in situations where I need audiophile quality sound.) These headphones satisfy all those criteria. When you factor in the price, they are perfect for my needs. The first thing you need to know if you haven't tried these before is that the cords are not the same length.
Summary: These "FULLY ADJUSTABLE" headphones proved not to be fully adjustable, my ears were curled down and when I tried to adjust"fully" they broke! Now I suppose I'm out $20 and very unsatisfied. They sound great...just can't be made to fit everybody's ears... I'm bummed.
