Summary: Pros: I liked the sound of it and it was comfortable and stable on my head and you can wash it under tap water is also a great thing. Cons: The cable is very poor quality it is weak so it got broken after approx. 30 times of usage. I only used it for my runnings so plugged in to my phone and then I put it in my pocket. There was no excessive usage of the cable. I contacted Philips and they changed it right away. This time it got broken after my 20th run.
Summary: Dont buy these - have now bought two pairs and regret both. They are meant to be "sturdy" for runners needs etc but if you wrap the wire round the earphones to keep the wire tidy (what most people would do), the arc of the headphones is so flimsy that they bend out of shape and wont fit in your ears anymore. Have tried to bend back and simply doesnt work.
Summary: Same thing happened within two months of using it - left hand speaker stopped working - no point in returning as I had used it about 10 times but surely it should have lasted longer than this?
Summary: Those are probably the best headphones in the world... in the "below £5" category. They're awful, just awful. The sound is quiet, even at the loudest the surrounding gym noise is never fully removed, the cable notoriously curls, rendering the headphones virtually useless for running. But the worst thing probably is the wear comfort, or, rather, the abject lack thereof. These headphones hurt ears, plain and simple.
Summary: The sound quality is fairly good. I found the neck strap smaller than other sets I've used (i.e. Seinhesser PMX680) and doesn't bounce as much. The ear buds make an almost airtight seal though, and as a result any motion of the neck strap against your neck seems to resonate on the buds, generating an annoying 'brushing' sound. Most significantly, after my first (sweaty) run, the right ear bud stopped working after 15 minutes, and has been quieter since drying out.
Summary: These little headphones are very comfortable to wear and that is the only reason why I have given them a point. Unfortunately they are very, very badly let down by their sound quality. They are by far the worst sounding headphones that I have ever had the displeasure of listening to. Maybe I have just been unfortunate to get a bad set but mine are nothing more than a waste of money. I have listened to better sounding headphones costing 50p! Not recommended.
Summary: I have to admit that this was a very good headset, but unfortunately for me it only worked 2 weeks before left ear started a static and goes quiet if I shake the cable, going back to Amazon lets see if they can refund/replace it. Not happy as this was suppose to be for sports so I thought they will sturdy and certainly not for running.
