Summary: Too flimsy - they broke in my bag. You could argue it's my fault however you'd hope you could through your gym kit into your bage in a care free way. The joint between the wire and earphone simply isn't strong enough for "expected use / ware".... In my opinion They are cheap and I suppose you get what you pay for.

Summary: I was able to use this for a year before they broke. First it seems like the sound deminishes over half an hour and then the left ear stops working. The same story every workout. Apart from them breaking on me, the sound quality was decent enough for fitness. They stay put very well, although I can hear them rub against my collar.
Summary: Pros: I liked the sound of it and it was comfortable and stable on my head and you can wash it under tap water is also a great thing. Cons: The cable is very poor quality it is weak so it got broken after approx. 30 times of usage. I only used it for my runnings so plugged in to my phone and then I put it in my pocket. There was no excessive usage of the cable. I contacted Philips and they changed it right away. This time it got broken after my 20th run.
Summary: Dont buy these - have now bought two pairs and regret both. They are meant to be "sturdy" for runners needs etc but if you wrap the wire round the earphones to keep the wire tidy (what most people would do), the arc of the headphones is so flimsy that they bend out of shape and wont fit in your ears anymore. Have tried to bend back and simply doesnt work.
Summary: I bought these for listening to music while jogging. They work well and are a good product. Sound quality isn't a world beater, but they're ideal for jogging and I've had no problems with them several months later. I recommend these for anyone who wants to listen to music while jogging.
Summary: Same thing happened within two months of using it - left hand speaker stopped working - no point in returning as I had used it about 10 times but surely it should have lasted longer than this?
Great whilst they worked - just 2 days out of warranty the left ear just gave up.

Summary: if you can live with spending £40.00 and replacing them every year buy, sound/audio good, if you want something to last look for an alternative. Also please note - have some glue at hand the ear buds came apart twice !
Summary: I'm a little restricted as to the type of headphones I can use whilst running. None of the bud type earphones stay in my ear long enough and as soon as you begin to sweat, they drop out. I've tried the sennheiser style ones which are similar to these but they don't sit in the ear as comfortable as the Philips. The Philips earphoes sit really nice in the ear, have a great sound and generally a great product.
