Summary: These are the rugged headphones Phillips and the surfing brand O'Neil have come up with.
These fit pretty well on my head, the ear pads are really soft they adjust to the perfect spot on me, the fabric headband is OK there's a plastic band that goes through it (it makes the creaking noise when you first put it on) other wise they are really comfortable.
Pros: Comfortable, Light, Looks nice
Cons: Too much bass sometimes even for my taste, creaking in fabric headband
Summary: The main reason I preferred this over other headphone is its build. I explored multiple options but fixed on this because its light, comfortable to wear, flexible, durable and tangle free wires. Sound quality is decent but don't expect a 5.1 experience from this. Many good quality headphones become useless because they break easily. If you want a durable headphone with good sound quality at this price, go for this model.

Summary: (18 July 2014) DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL. Why? Well two things you should be aware of: 1. This particular model (Philips O'Neill SHO9560/10) is identically similar to the upgraded version Philips O'Neill SHO9565BK/10 (or SHO9567 version) which comes with an inbuilt microphone and it is a cool feature to have to take phone calls or to Skype. 2. Both the older (without mic) and the newer/upgraded models (with inbuilt mic) cost almost the same price.
Summary: I will quickly list of some of the many attributes of these headphones: - Cable is great quality and allows for it to be detached near the headphone to allow for transport and to prevent damage if it happens to snag on something. - Deep bass and great sound quality for price - Can reach very load volumes even on mobile devices - SOOO COMFORTABLE Just to emphasise on the point of comfortable - the headphones have soft cushions, which sit perfectly around your ears, as...
Summary: Good headphones and I used them a lot. The soft band snapped off within a year but that didn't make any difference to usability. Cushions have been tearing off for a while now. The main band just snapped, 2 years and 10 months since purchase. Not bad, but far from that 'stretch' claim. I won't make pronouncements on sound as I mostly listened to podcasts and in noisy environment. Good soundproofing though.
Summary: These sound great, and are the most comfortable headphones I ever had. The fibre covered wire means it wont tangle and the connection by the headset means they don't rip of your head if the wire catches on whatever.
Summary: Ali These headphones were so comfy and they had good sound quality. The lead broke so quickly without any rough handling and this is what a lot of other reviews had said. As a result, I sent them back no problems and got a different set of Phillips headphones.
