Love my headphones

13 July 2009
  • Summary: Love these headphones. My girlfriend did a lot of research first on noise-canceling headphones cuz we both work in a pretty noisy environment...lots of talking/chit chat going on...and wanted something to help cancel it out so we could concentrate. She decided on the Philips SHN9500 headphones and after a few days she said she loved them so I gave them a try for a few hours and knew that I wanted a pair, too. Great value, good sound, love the case they come in.

  • Summary: I bought these because I was working in a cubicle right outside my two bosses offices who would yell to each other from their offices instead of calling or IMing. Anyway, these headphone block out all the noise of the office so I can focus.Furthermore, the sound quality is awesome on these phones. The range is superb. I can even get the fat bass on ODB's Hippa to the Hoppa. Excellent price, excellent quality.

Good quality, reasonable price

  • Summary: I recommend these headphones, especially if you can get a good price on them. They sound good, work well and are quite comfy.
  • Pros: Noise canceling, comfortable, good sound, mute button, detachable cable, nice case.
  • Cons: Not much. Cable might be too short and case too large. No built-in volume control.

Not as good as my 5-year-old Bose QuietComfort

19 June 2007
  • Summary: I have the original Bose QuietComfort (QC1) noise canceling headphone since 2002. After five years of heavy usage, the unit is now literally falling apart. It is held together by an assortment of Scotch tape, rubber band, crazy glue, plus its willpower to live. Time to look for a replacement... After some research, I finally decided to try the Philips SHN9500/37 Noise Canceling Headphone because: 1.

Great value and comfy!

  • Summary: Very effective in cancelling the loud coversations in the cube farm environment. I can still hear enough to know if someone is talking to me while the loud voices are muted and easy to ignore. They work great with my iPod, but are too sensitive for the computer (pick up a lot of static). I love my headphones!

  • Summary: I was worried about buying bulky headphones. These headphones actually look sharp. I wear them all day at work and they do not bother my ears. The noise canceling feature is top of the line but they are perfect for me.

Gute Reisekopfhörer mit wirkungsvoller Geräuschunterdrückung

ohrnee, Amazon
30 April 2014

Was das Film schauen schon viel angenehmer macht.

Guter Kopfhörer, solange man die Geräuschunterdrückung ausschaltet !!!

Stefan Jakob, Amazon
5 April 2013
