Great value

Marco Danelli, Amazon
14 July 2013
  • Summary: I've been using these for almost a month now, they work great for the price you pay. It's not the best quality on the market but it's also not a very high price. The control button worked perfectly with my Galaxy note and no need of the cable adapter, which is anyway in the bundle. The volume is actually on the cable and doesn't interface with the mobile, so you're not regulating the volume of your mobile but only the percentage of that that goes through your headset.

Well pleased with this

  • Summary: Good quality sound and comfortable to use. A good feature of the package is the inclusion of a 3.5mm plug adapter, which fitted the Star N8000 smartphone.

Perfect For Android Phone

Liz Bushar, Amazon
16 October 2012
  • Summary: I spent quite a bit of time trying to find an in-ear headset that was comfortable, allows track control, good microphone, and noise canceling qualities for an Android phone. It was not an easy task as most sellers only stock iPhone products that are not always compatible with Android phones. When I found this in-ear headset, I couldn't have been more delighted. It works perfectly and ticks all the above boxes.

Average sound

Colm Casserly, Amazon
25 September 2012
  • Summary: I am returning these as I find the sibilance too harsh, its like a grating sound and makes songs unlistenable at higher volumes (when in busy areas for example). I don't get this from other earphones playing the same tracks. It could just be the set I got are faulty or that they need hours and hours to play them in but either way I'm shopping for another set now, maybe will pay a little more. Otherwise, build quality and look is very nice.

Precision Sound.

Rev POYE "The Rocking Pastor", Amazon
18 September 2012
  • Summary: Well, I have used many earbuds in the last 10 years but nothing quite like this. The sound is refreshingly crisp, detailed, natural. The bass is delivered with precision. Understandably, those who like boom boom bass would have some niggle with this item. For me, the bass is just perfect. There was once a belief that volume control and microphone somehow messes up the quality of the sound. Well, I would have dozens of them on this piece.

Great sound, works on all phones

damuffinman, Amazon
29 June 2012
  • Summary: Great range, the bass is not overly emphasised but if you do have equaliser settings that can be changed. Works for both the iPhone and the Nokia N9. In-line volume control is most appreciated, as you can fiddle with the volume without trying to take your phone out on a jam packed tube train. The single button on the in-line controls can stop the music as well as the usual function of answering/terminating calls (for both iPhone and Nokia N9). Highly recommended.

Good for music, not so great for calls

Callum, Amazon
27 January 2012
  • Summary: I recently purchased the Philips SHE8005 earphones as I was in the market for a hands-free, in-ear headset after I changed my phone. I must firstly praise Philips for actually having such an item, as I found it quite difficult finding such a product that would work with my Samsung Galaxy S2 phone. It seems most headsets are advertised exclusively for the iphone.
