Summary: (Note: I am just a beginer)
When my Klipsch S4 was stolen, my sister broke my SOUNDMAGIC PL-30, my Urbanearz Bagis broke all of a sudden, and my Skullcandy Smokin' Buds lost, I had to buy another pair of buds to satisfy my ears. As I look at the earphones they have in the store, I happened to see the Philips SHE8000 that offered noise isolation. I bought it and tried it on.
My first impression was, "I hope it doesn't break within 6 months.
Summary: These IEM's arent the greatest. But these ARE the greatest for $5!! Seperation is great, Clarity is great, Detail is great! Bass is superb! Doesnt muddle out the highs and mids. This is the best buds that ive had for just $5!
A reminder, these arent audiophile IEM's, but because if the price, they are probably the best IEM's out there!
Excerpt: If I turn up the volume higher, it’s possible to totally block external noise, which comes useful for drowning out the shrill cries of whiny children at home. I believe I happen to have the cheapest headphones Philips has to offer at 20 dollars ( Philips has a knack of iterating the same piece of basic technology with a few minor tweaks and extras as the price increases; so the expensive models are probably just as good with added, useless features.
Pros: This headphone looks nicely polished. There are three interchangeable caps that feel fairly comfortable in your ears.
Cons: I was very disappointed with the sound quality of this headphone. They sound weak and I couldn't feel any bass, eventhough it says Superior Bass on the packaging. I'm not a music enthusiast, but this headphone doesn't produce even an average sound quality. Definitely not worth your money!
Excerpt: "...of those occasions because these Philips SHE8000 earphones are better all round than others and they're still not overly expensive to buy. I love that I can turn the volume down on my iPod to a very low level and know that no noise is escaping from my earphones, but because of the good fit of the earbuds I can still hear all the variations in the music and lyrics. I listen to audio books as well as music files and through these earphones the narration ...
Pros: Good sound even when at a low volume, keeps my music private to me
Summary: Normally hate in-ear headphones as really painful. These are comfortable and fit well, thanks to spongy covers. Sound quality is also very good - they are heavy on the bass, but that's what the product is designed for.
Summary: I found these earphones to be great in the gym, the are both waterproof and still allow air in to the ears. The sound and comfort are very god with the three differ ear sizes adaptors to chose from. I would recommend these to anyone.
Summary: I use headphones a lot, the price and the good reviews made this pair an obvious choice and they do not disappoint. The sound quality exceeds what I would have expected for the price and the build quality feels good. I have paid a lot more for a lot worse.
