Summary: I bought these ear buds 5-months ago because they were from Philips and had a 1-year warranty. Well they died at this point and I contacted Philips who jerked me around for paperwork, first telling me they wanted the Amazon Order then telling me they wanted the Order Detail. Now instead of giving me a replacement they will take FIVE to EIGHT weeks to send me a refund check so I have to look for a new pair and lay out the money.
Summary: Got different earphones of the same color. On closer examination I realized the seller put a sticker with a wrong model number covering the right model number that is printed on the package inside the plastic.
