Summary: I bought these ear buds 5-months ago because they were from Philips and had a 1-year warranty. Well they died at this point and I contacted Philips who jerked me around for paperwork, first telling me they wanted the Amazon Order then telling me they wanted the Order Detail.
Does not fit my phone, despite having phone model in search term

Summary: My search terms were "Headset for Samsung Intensity". I had been thinking about getting a compatible headset for my phone so when our baby is born in a few days, I'll be able to talk on the phone while my hands are busy with baby.
Summary: Got different earphones of the same color. On closer examination I realized the seller put a sticker with a wrong model number covering the right model number that is printed on the package inside the plastic.
Summary: When I bought these, they were £5 discounted from £18. If I had bought them at full price, I would be livid. Initially, I felt the terrible sound quality was because of the headbuds as when changed the background noise reduction was better.
Summary: These headphones are horrible. When listening loud music, they just give headache. No bass at all! when they are plugged in iPhone, sound quality changes from rotating plug, sound may just disappear from one ear.
Summary: Versprochene Kompatibilität zu Nokia bei C7 auf jedenfall nicht gegeben! Die Anfrage an den Händler bzgl. Umtausch war nach langer Antwortwartezeit ernüchternd. Ich könnte es gerne nach England (!!) zurückschicken, aber Versandkosten gehen auf meine Kappe. Na Dankeschön...
