So far So good

  • Excerpt: Had these just over a week, happy so far. They are comfortable and were easy to set-up once the batteries were fully charged overnight. I like the unobtrusive charging base and small aerial. They use radio signals so work all over the house. Also there is a single volume control wheel on the headset. I am a little concerned with the design of the plastic swivels on the earpieces. They look a bit vulnerable to breakage if you were to drop or sit on the headphones.

Comfy with clear sound

Solly, Dick Smith
20 November 2014
  • Summary: I bought these to use with a Panasonic plasma tv because I couldn't catch all the dialogue without having the sound up too loud. It was very easy to set up and I plugged the transmitter into the headphone socket on the front of the tv using the supplied cable. There are two NiMH batteries to be inserted into the headphones and then they should be charged for 10 hours before use.
  • Pros: comfortable, clear sound

Quite comfortable.

  • Summary: This set of headphones was a replacement for a different make that had reached the end of its life. These are not perfect but not bad for the money. A couple of faults worth mentioning: 1) The sleeve that supports the antenna wire was missing. They work without the sleeve but 3 or 4 inches of black wire is not particularly smart. 2) As mentioned by other reviewers the volume control is difficult to locate when wearing the 'phones. Overall pretty good though.

  • Summary: I don't think any of the non digital / cheaper wireless headphones are great but these are good enough for all but the most fussy hifi buffs.
