Summary: The Philips Fidelio M1s combine great build quality with an excellent sound that is likely to appeal to fans of rock and electronic music. They might be a little pricey but they're a good option if you're looking to upgrade from your existing on-ear headphones.
Pros: Very sturdy build quality; great sound; attractive industrial style.
Summary: We don’t like wires. Wires are rubbish. But sometimes they’re a necessary evil, at least with audio, because going without tends to affect the sound quality. So when somebody tells us our music can sound its best without wires, we listen. And today, Philips has our ears with the Fidelio M1BTs. Of course, there’s plenty of competition.
Pros: Good looks, Neatly integrated controls, Great sound
Cons: Some rivals are more portable, No noise-cancelling
Conclusion: As with the L1s, we found ourselves falling for the M1s. If we could change anything, we'd get rid of that silly little cable drop from the earphone, and perhaps make the memory foam earpads replaceable. From a sound perspective though, we're very happy with the overall quality. And let's be honest, that's really all that matters. Of course, it doesn't hurt that these headphones look great, and feel good too.
Pros: Comfortable, stylish, great sound
Cons: Nothing is user-replaceable, down-cable from earphones is silly, quite expensive
Summary: Beim Philips Fidelio M1 BT hält der Klang, was das Aussehen verspricht: seriös, ernsthaft, verbindlich. Genau das richtige, um sowohl unterwegs wie auch daheim entspannt auch anspruchsvolle Musik zu hören.
