Summary: Works OK but breaks easily (fragile connections) and costs too much for what it is. This is the fourth one we've had, but the only reason we buy them is because of a physical disability and they are the only ones that work with the Panasonic phones we have.
Summary: This is the second Panasonic Headset I have purchased. While using the first one I was constantly being told by the person on the other end of the call that they could not here me, I thought it may have a fault so replaced it.
Summary: I was initially worried when this arrived as it looked pretty flimsy, but i was against the clock & needed to be able to use my house phone hands free for work. It connects into the phone cleanly, it was a little tricky to flip out the little plastic cover on the phone itself but once i had it...
Summary: I bought this to as it matches the phone I'm using and some people said the plantronics M175 I was using was too quiet - I thought maybe compatibility issue, and I should get the Panasonic one. Well this is a lot worse - sounds quiet and muffled, no option to adjust mike volume, not really usable.
Summary: I found it impossible to position this headset in way that was both comfortable and stable (i.e. not slipping out of position every 2 minutes). Sound quality is ok but the volume is fairly low compared to other headsets I have used in th past.
Summary: People can barely hear me. I was expecting a cheap, not very comfortable plastic earpiece, this is what I got but I didn't think the quality of the microphone would be that bad. I got rid of the package, cannot return it.
Summary: If I had paid £35.00 for this I would have been a little unhappy but for the time I use it its Cost effective. The spoken volume does drop if you unplug the headset and is much clearer when using just the phone.
