Summary: Works OK but breaks easily (fragile connections) and costs too much for what it is. This is the fourth one we've had, but the only reason we buy them is because of a physical disability and they are the only ones that work with the Panasonic phones we have.
Summary: This is the second Panasonic Headset I have purchased. While using the first one I was constantly being told by the person on the other end of the call that they could not here me, I thought it may have a fault so replaced it. Sadly the second one is exactly the same and I am receiving the same comments, as soon as I disconnect the headset the telephone is fine. Consequently I could not recommend it.
Summary: I was initially worried when this arrived as it looked pretty flimsy, but i was against the clock & needed to be able to use my house phone hands free for work. It connects into the phone cleanly, it was a little tricky to flip out the little plastic cover on the phone itself but once i had it clicked firmly into position i have been very pleased. The earpiece while is all in one piece does fit well in either ear, the sound quality is excellent.
Summary: I bought this to as it matches the phone I'm using and some people said the plantronics M175 I was using was too quiet - I thought maybe compatibility issue, and I should get the Panasonic one. Well this is a lot worse - sounds quiet and muffled, no option to adjust mike volume, not really usable. (Tried with fully charged batteries in phone just in case - though phone mic works fine with any charge.
Summary: I found it impossible to position this headset in way that was both comfortable and stable (i.e. not slipping out of position every 2 minutes). Sound quality is ok but the volume is fairly low compared to other headsets I have used in th past. Mute button is next to useless - it goes on mute OK but in trying to un-mute I usually end up terminating the call.
Summary: Having paid over 25 pounds for this I thought I would be getting a superior product which would last, due to the price being 2 to 3 times more expensive than most similar products. Unfortunately this is not the case, the sound is pretty poor, the product is made of plastic and is uncomfortable to wear for any length of time and there appears to be a break in the wires as the sound will cut out intermittently.
Summary: People can barely hear me. I was expecting a cheap, not very comfortable plastic earpiece, this is what I got but I didn't think the quality of the microphone would be that bad. I got rid of the package, cannot return it.
Summary: If I had paid £35.00 for this I would have been a little unhappy but for the time I use it its Cost effective. The spoken volume does drop if you unplug the headset and is much clearer when using just the phone. If you want a cost efective headset this will tick the box and was not uncomftable for the time I used it, in fact I forgot I was wearing it.
