Summary: These are by far the best in-ear headphones I've owned and would recommend them. It does feel like you're hearing much more detail in the music - even when I've been on trains and planes. They are comfortable, and the rubber ear pieces stay in well and block noise very effectively. I've previously had bad experience with the rubber style falling out, not blocking noise and being uncomfortable - however these are better than any foam ones i've used.
Summary: tl;dr at the bottom I have owned expensive IEMs in the past, but they broke a while ago and I've been surviving on <£50 for quite a while now, so I am by no means an expert. These earphones have had 12 hours of burning in time now so I trust they are at their full capacity to play music. Also burning in isn't proven so I don't know if this makes too much difference anyway. The earphones themselves come in a well insulated box, so no fears of a damaged item.
