A bit heavy for a handpiece, but retro/modern in design

Summary: OK, I am not a fashion guru, nor do I profess any interior design expertise, however, there is something nifty about the way this handset looks. You can dock (old iPhone connector) to this phone and then use the handset. It seems to be in tune with some of 1960s furniture pieces that I have seen (none of which I have). The handset is trading the iphone's slim handheld to a heftier hand piece. Retro in design and functionality, but modern in technology.
Summary: I really wanted to love this handset. There are many things that are right with this, but there are some important things that are wrong. First of all, the looks is great. Sleek and modern, this is a great item for the office desk. Not only do I always know where my phone is, it lets me charge it when I can get it to sit correctly. Yeah, if you DON'T have a cover on your iPhone and you use the adapter, the phone sits perfectly to charge.
