Great product at a bargain price!

  • Excerpt: I purchased this product for my new iPhone 6 and was a little skeptical because of the price. It was priced so low that I didn't have very high expections for its performance. It not only surpassed my expecations but has become a staple for daily use. Great product at a steal!

"He likes it", "He really likes it!"

1busydad, Ebay

  • Summary: This This Motorola Bluetooth headset was purchased and sent as a gift. The recipient has since commented that it is the best one he has ever used, and he has tried several. His primary use is while driving, for making and receiving phone calls, and listening to music. He cited clear understandable speech both ways, and superior noise interference reduction. "He likes it","He really likes it".

This is just a great device.

  • Summary: This earpiece is so far 1 of a kind. It has crystal clarity. It holds snug to the ear allowing the sound to be caught in the ear where it belongs. I was able to pair this device with both of my phones( work & personal).Once paired any kind of sound can be heard from music, to movies,to or clips from social media... when receiving incoming calls it will say the number calling in.

Really Nice Bluetooth Headset!

Adventurer, Staples
29 September 2014
  • Excerpt: Having grown tired of digging my phone out of pocket while I was driving, I decided to make my first Bluetooth headset purchase. Staples offered a very good sale price on the Motorola HX550, and the reviews were good, so I ordered it. Setup was a snap. It connected with my Windows Phone HTC 8X quickly and easily. I like that it reads my contacts and tells me who's calling if the name is in my phone (it almost always is, since the phone syncs my contacts with Outlook).

  • Excerpt: Love my Motorola HX550 Bluetooth headset. Conversations are very clear with no distortions. Those I talk with say I am coming across very clear. It is so lightweight and comfortable that I forget I have it on. I would recommend this product to anyone.

  • Excerpt: I have an older version of this headset and have had it for 5 years and it has been awesome!!! I bought this one for my husband as he was using ANOTHER BRAND and that brand was AWFUL!!! It had a lot of static and mumbled the voices from the caller. THIS ONE IS CLEAR AND THE CALLER IS EASY TO UNDERSTAND!! This is one of the best brands and products for hands free headsets I have ever used.

still have questions

  • Excerpt: This is my third Motorola bluetooth headset. I had the H730, then the HK250. They all work just fine and are pretty comfortable as I wear them most of the time. I purchased the HX550 so I would have a back up, but mostly because I wanted to listen to and dictate texts. I have a iphone 5 and either I can't do that or I haven't figured out how. I plan to call someone but haven't had time.

Good product! but not fully compatible with Moto-X

josh0590, Ebay
8 September 2014
  • Summary: This is a good device but I don't figure out how to use the full capacity with my Moto-X. When is pared it takes the control of "ok google now", and even substitute the incoming calls naming, why? I just hear the incoming number. I would like that the headset could be controlled by the phone no vice versa because I cant use the voice commands of my phone as texting or making calls.
