Summary: Purchased 2. They were defective - would NOT hold a charge. E-tailer replaced them. The second two were just as defective. Tired of sending units back and forth. Motorola replaced them under warranty.
Like the product price is great fix the little problem ?

Summary: I like the product, however, there is a specific problem that continues to occur. After four purchases of the same product, it is clear that the on and off switch continues to brake. If this problem can be resolved then it would be perfect.
Summary: I was kind of disappointed with this headset, I read the reviews and liked the sales price so I bought it. However, looking back I would look elsewhere.
Pros: This is a quality headset, lots of features and it talks to you when turning on (battery level, etc). Battery lasts a long time.
Cons: When using the headset indoors, works great. When in a moving car, the volume can't go high enough to compete with the back round noise. Also, getting the thing on your ear is very difficult and over all the headset is very uncomfortable. The thing is also very small and easy to lose as I have ne...
Summary: Going back to the 720. Not as compact but seemed more comfortable and sturdier.
Pros: The sound quality was great both receiving and transmitting. The ability to pair 2 phones (work & personal) was also a plus.
Cons: After a little less than a year it has suddenly gotten very inconsistent. Most calls go well but more and more I'm being told it sounds like I'm in a tunnel. The 2 phone compatability made it possible for me to call my other phone and actually verify the loss of voice quality (maybe that should g...
Pros: This headset is working fine for me. No problem connecting to my iPhone laying on the passenger seat. Sound quality and volume is good.
Cons: I was absolutely shocked when the package arrived to see a "metal" package!? In this day of sustainable green packaging, Motorola has shipped this headset in an aluminum box. Does it look cool? I guess so, but it's hard to get into, hard to get the product out of, and it's not reusable. It looks ...
Summary: I would love this thing to death if it weren't so uncomfortable. I cannot return it. Read the return policy before you buy. If you buy it, I hope you have better luck than me. As for a headset, before writing this review, I purchased the H720.
Pros: This headset is small, and lightweight. Both good. The audio quality is good. Range is good. I like the flip on, flip off method as opposed to some other ways to turn it on and off.
Cons: I find this thing to be uncomfortable. When I wear it in ear, after about half an hour it becomes un-wearable. When I wear it on ear, it is less bothersome, but still hurts the outside of my ear after an hour. I have tried the other sized thingies (thingies to hold it on your ear) to no avail.
Summary: I gave this headset a 3 Egg rating because of the fact it did not stay on my ear... the technology otherwise is good. Oh yeah! The Packaging.... Oh Boy. It looks cool, but Oh Boy!
Pros: The H17 good sound quality on both ends (incoming and outgoing calls). The fact that it talks to you in regards to various prompts - announcing incoming calls made it all the more better. That feature alone made this headset attractive.
Cons: The purpose of buying this headset was because I thought you were able to allow it to just rest on the outside of the ear, and no jam it into the ear (For me I found that having something jammed into your ear canal over time could be painful). Well the ear hooks seemed sturdy and reliable in the ...
