good service on filling order / product defective

rtai4212, Ebay
10 February 2014
  • Summary: Purchased 2. They were defective - would NOT hold a charge. E-tailer replaced them. The second two were just as defective. Tired of sending units back and forth. Motorola replaced them under warranty.

Like the product price is great fix the little problem ?

arturo_perez, Ebay

  • Summary: I like the product, however, there is a specific problem that continues to occur. After four purchases of the same product, it is clear that the on and off switch continues to brake. If this problem can be resolved then it would be perfect.

"Happy with Phone features, but...."

nf207, CNET
28 January 2011
  • Pros: call on 2nd line beeps in quietly (though I've never switched from one phone to the other) Battery level warnings "phone 1 connected" "phone 2 disconnected" - warnings are helpful
  • Cons: uncomfortable ear hook speaker generates heat and kinda burns my ear if worn too long

"Limited features not worth the extra money"

solohump, CNET
18 September 2010
  • Pros: Nice looks, clear headset voice, reads text messages, easy on and off switch
  • Cons: One trick pony. Costs additional yearly fee to use included features. Downloaded app doesn't add any more features.
