Summary: not recomended. you'll get used to it shortly, just to find out Motorola considering the flip-switch brakage as a "phisical damage". other company not come close the advantage of the functioning H17, but would you like to BUY A LUXURY CAR WHICH IT DOORS HINGES BRAKES LEAVING YOU DOORLESS IN A RAINY DAY?
Pros: Before it brakes, its probobly the best bluetooth headset
Cons: The flip-switch hinges are TOO FRAGILE, which leads to malfunction of the flip -which is the advange of the motorola bluetooth headset H17 amonge the competitor- after few months.
Summary: The next time I need to purchase a Bluetooth for my phone, I will select something else other than the Motorola H-17. The very first one I purchased when AT&T sold them lasted me for 3 years. The cheaper ones that are being sold recently only last about 6 -8 months, if your are lucky. The boom cracks off and there is no way to re-attach. I ordered 2 at one point because I have one for home and one for work. I started using the both of them in April, 2013.
Summary: This is the worst experience I ever had on ebay(been operating here since 2004 with 100% feedback) the product never worked they give you a # to call on the invoice but that tells you to go on line and leave an email. Had a death in the family hard to find the time to do that! when I finally did they called me and left a message that said they will call back they never did. Never even left a number for me to call back. The actual product is b stock not new.
