Sounds awesome, need more clips
Bobby from the D, Monster Cable
16 September 2013
Excerpt: The earbuds sound really good and the buds themselves are durable. I dropped them in water and they continued to work once they dried out. Ear clips on the other hand are no as durable. The piece that splits the headphone wire and the control button are square and catch everything which cause them to get pulled out of your ear. I also though that I would get the same control as in the blue set with the volume control on it but not so much.
Pros: Compact, Good Bass, Great Sound, Stylish
Cons: Ear Clips Break, Too Many Squared Edges, Uncomfortable
Summary: I was fairly happy with these at first, the sound quality wasn't great - although maybe I couldn't find the right fit? - but they stayed in when running and working out in the gym, blocking out exterior noise, winner! Until last week that is, when the left ear piece completely stopped working! Seeing as I got these for Christmas 2013 a life of 5 months, for the price, does not seem good value for money!
Summary: After reading the reviews I was looking forward to running with these. They took time to fit, but it was worth it, as the sound was very good and it worked well with my iPhone. Unfortunately the earbud is on. Very stubby stalk, so it's very difficult to fit into the ear canal. Consequently, as soon as I started to run it could not fit correctly as it just isn't long enough. The sound is therefore tinny and annoying.
Summary: Acquired these at a heavy discount - the Lance brand hadn't had a good year and Comet was closing down. The £35 I paid for them was a fair price. I only got them because I thought I'd lost my Sure SE 315's. These are OK - they sit comfortably in the ear and produce a good enough sound to set them aside as a premium product. They're not a patch on the Sure's though. Bass is good and music is well defined.
