Summary: Logged in to warn the customers. This pair of earphone is the worst piece of earphone I've ever tried as an audio enthusiast. The design may appeal some people, but cable is too brittle 4 days after using this the cable attached to (db) earphone ripped off. The sound quality sucks too.
Pros: Design and good look
Cons: Frail and heavy cable, bad sound quality overpowered bass
Excerpt: I just got these last night The reason for the purchase was the 5 sets of monster butterfly Ear phones that all lasted between 1 & 5 weeks I Iove the sound and style of all the monster products I've tryed However I wish I didn't have to carry my Bose qc15 as a back up to The monster ones Which may...
Excerpt: Sounds great. Highs and mids aren't muddy sounding. Wish they had a control talk version instead of only the control talk universal (control talk has volume for iPhone, universal only has pick up and hang up).
Pros: Clear Sound, Durable, High Quality, Tight lows
Excerpt: Best earphones I have ever listened too. By far. I'm a student in high school and these are completely worth it. Perfect sound quality and noise reduction. I use it with my iPhone 4 and they work perfectly with it.
Excerpt: Nothing great about this product. It is overpriced rubbish. The RMA process is a joke. 4 times RMA'd. Screwup after screwup. The stoner kids hired at Monster are somewhat nice, but inept and do not know the products. I own a few other low to high end IEM's that I prefer.
Pros: None really
Cons: Controltalk univ isa joke, Heavy cable, Mic barely works a minute, Poor build quality, Rma'd 4 times
Excerpt: They are great for the price(I got them on sale at [@] for [$]) The bass is very heavy, But after about 5 mounts the drivers started to die, but I do use them many times a day for long periods of time, going to buy the solo HD next.
Pros: Easy Controls, Good price value, Heavy bass, stylish
