  • Summary: I purchased these headphones and knew immediately something was wrong. The product seemed smudged in places and just didn't appear new. I tried them on and found that I had to change the earpods. The music sounded muffled and very mute but when I turned the volume up the sound was distorted.

great sounding, not reliable

  • Summary: The sound of these earphones is outstanding. The build quality/reliability is unacceptable. My first pair lasted about 3-4 months before the volume control stopped working and the sound cut out completely on one side. I purchased an extended warranty with my second pair, and I'm in the process of returning them for the same reasons. These clearly are not designed/built well enough to be used during exercise.
  • Pros: Great sound
  • Cons: Poor durability

  • Excerpt: I have had to replace my PowerBeats 4 times in the past 6 months. The music quality is great but the quality of the headphones themselves is another story. I've taken great care of my headphones and they still fall apart. I would not buy the PowerBeats for a friend our myself.
  • Pros: Comfortable, Great Sound
  • Cons: Cord Too Short, Flimsy Construction, Poor Value
