Good Quality but didn't last

Cole28, beatsbydre.com

  • Summary: I really liked the sound quality of this product, much improved over previous Beats headphones. But there was one major problem, all sound and functionality completely stopped working out of nowhere with no physical or cosmetic damage just after having the headphones for a year. Leaving them half working so it essentially cost $300 to own the headphones in full functionality for a year. And since they were just barely over warranty they wouldn't replace them.

That hissing noise is awful

cAlvinKlein15, beatsbydre.com
23 January 2014
  • Summary: Let me first start by saying I want to be as objective as I can be. On the positive side, the headphones are very comfortable around my ears and head. I feel like they definitely got it right on the style and comfort aspects. On the other hand, the hissing noise that is constantly playing is painful. Whenever a song would end or get quiet, all I could hear was that hissing noise. This is my first pair of beats with a batteries that need to be switched so often.

  • Summary: When I was listening to my music on my way to the game, my left cup of my head phone died. I guess they have a tendency to do stuff like that.

Not a Fan

PoofsGone, Gettington

  • Excerpt: The headphones sound okay but these aren't bluetooth, or even wireless for that matter. You also have to have batteries in it and the noise canceling feature turned on in order to use them. Pretty disappointed after reading reviews on other sites.

doesn't matter how good the speakers are if the wires don't plug in properly

  • Summary: have to have hands of a surgeon to figure out the exact spot for the red wire to go into the headphones for the sound to come out properly. what a huge waste of $! I had bose head phones that were 1/2 the cost and the sound and comfortability was the same..
