Beats Pro review
16 June 2013
Excerpt: There is an old saying, you get what you pay for, and everyone who has dropped a couple hundred extra dollars for an accessory can tell you it’s not always the case. Unfortunately that’s the truth when it comes to the Beats Pro model from Beats by Dre .
Summary: First off, I will once again start off by saying that this is an honest review and I will not be talking from the typical audiophile's opinion on the Beats line.
Out of the box, the headphones sounded bland.. And I mean like they had no soundstage at all..
Pros: Build Quality, style (I personally love black), FIRST CONTROLLED CAN ON THE Beats line
Cons: Rediculously over-priced (obviously), terribly uncomfortable, stitching was awful...
Summary: To start off I have to clarify that i am not an "Audiophile", nothing about me is audiophile related except the love of music and headphones. So to start this review i'd like to talk about the build quality; the build quality on this headphone is amazing, I'm very surprised the way beats by Dre...
Pros: Aluminum Construction, Accessories, and design
Cons: Doesn't work with all genres, scratches easily, adjustments are loose, very uncomfortable, ear pads aren't breathable
The headphones came in a very big, well made box. And was transported folded up with all of the accessories. Including the cable and carrying pouch.
Right out of the box I noticed these were very eye-catching, and probably one of the most beautiful cans I have ever seen.
Pros: Stylish, Popular Brand, Removable Cables, Folds
