Great at first; Horrible later. Don't take the chance.

Summary: When I first received the headset, it was my first one. After reading reviews on it myself I decided to get it, because you never know. So the first 2 days of using this headset it was great, friends could hear me clearly and I could hear them just as well.
Summary: After getting a Xbox 360 Headset for almost half the retail price, I was understandingly excited. The shipping was pretty fast, it even arrived a day early! After opening the box however, I felt nothing but disappointment.
Pros: Wireless, battery lasts a long time. Voice comes through really clearly and loud.
Cons: Terrible mic support. When I talk to others, they say it sounds like I'm 70 years old (I'm 21) talking in a hollow drum. Its muffled and hollow sounding. Absolutely terrible. I went out and exchanged my mic and the same thing happend. I have an excellent 30/15 internet connection so I doubt thats...
Summary: Not really any other options out there if you want a wireless xbox head set, which sucks At least the battery lasts longer then my friends headset, he has the non halo version and it dies after 30min.
Pros: Wireless Better then the wired headset that comes with the 360
Cons: Frequent disconnects and reconnects Turns off randomly some times Price is too high for what you get Sound on max is still not loud enough, but better then wired headset that came with 360 Sound quality is still garbage just like wired headset that came with 360, but that just may be xbox live co...
Summary: Overall - Why would anyone buy this? Apart from the fact that it's from Microsoft there is no prevalent reason to get this. Plantronics makes a simple one that's much better.
Pros: It's a mic...basic andlame as hell it actually functions as it's supposed to...while it lasts.
Cons: It's skinny, hurts your ears over time, nasty foam constantly touching your lips (that's always fun..), terrible terrible volume. This thing will stop working on you after a few months due to it's poor design. The paper thing wires will surely have issues after moderate use. One day I turned mine...
Summary: I have owned two of these headsets. i bought the first gen of them when the xbox first came out. it (The 1st Generation of these) was great. then my cat chewed thru the thin cord and I bought a new one with the incentive to be more careful with where I leave it.
Pros: Its nice not having to recharge or deal with something that is just hanging by your ear-lobe. its cheap. its light weight. easy to figure out. Unless you are endowed with the intellect of a well educated rock you will be able to figure this product out to its full capabilities.
Cons: Where to start. Its a very delicate feeling. I havn't sat on it yet but it feels as tho it could be broken if I where to sit on or accidentally step on it. The wire that goes from the headset to the male connector is VERY VERY THIN so if you have cats that like to chew or other animals...teeth ar...
Summary: I gave it two eggs because it is a very nice headset when it works.....
Pros: This has a very good voice quality and sound quality, light and fits on to most peoples ears quite nicely.
Cons: The thing died on me after about 6 months, so i called up xbox and they sent me a new one... used that one for a month... it died. I am so done with xbox, (I know it sounds farfetched) but im on xbox number 6, ive had the red rings, a broken ethernet port, and disc read errors... i just cant catc...
Summary: It's not worth it because it randomly stops working.
Pros: It sounds OK when it works...
Cons: Do NOT buy this if you want a long-lasting microphone. I was playing Halo 3 with my friend today, and out of nowhere it just stops working. I tried two different controllers, and none of them worked with it.
Summary: If you really want something wireless, I guess your stuck with this. I would highly recommend against this unless I just happened to get one of the bad ones.
Pros: Has good sound quality, the battery life is mediocre at best.
Cons: This only lasted 3 weeks and then refused to charge. Sensitivity is so low you practically have to yell into it for it to pick you up, unless of course you are pretty much chewing on the microphone.
