Okay Product

moabgohan, Staples
20 May 2014
  • Excerpt: It was a little hard to get this product to work. It wasn't just a simple plug and play device. I had to change multiple computer settings in order to get it work and for some reason after I got the microphone working my web cam would no longer work.

Just OK

Smitty, Staples
28 March 2013
  • Excerpt: Not a bad headphone set, not great either. The in-line mute/volume/call answer "pod" should be closer to the headset, it hangs down too far (I'm 6'3" tall) and as a result there's interference with the armrest on the office chair.

Great Sound Comes with Some Downsides

vzqk50, Staples
14 March 2012
  • Excerpt: Great sound quality, but it is realy heavy, and the in-line controls are poorly placed AND heavy. So heavy that you can feel the weight on the side of the headphones with the cord. What were they thinking?? I recommend it based on sound quality, but they have a long way to go on ergonomics!
  • Pros: Great Sound Quality, Noise Supression, Quality Microphone
  • Cons: Bulky Design, Heavy, In line mutevolume size
