Summary: NewEgg needs to expressly state that their service contracts are for one time fulfillment.
Pros: When it worked, it was fine.
Cons: Unreliable as heck. I purchased a three year replacement service contract. The first set of headphones just stopped working. I set up a replacement, which was fine. Within 6 weeks, the device failed. I then learned that my service contact was for a one time replacement. So, now I have the headset...
Excerpt: I bought these headphones thinking I could listen to music and use them for Skyping, but haven't been able to make them work for music. No directions came with them and online there is next to nothing.
Excerpt: The sound quality is adequate, but the headset is not comfortable for extended wear. The control box is big and easily gets caught on things. Cord seems to twist more easily than other headsets- probably because it is thicker.
Pros: Usb Connection
Cons: Bulky Design, Difficult To Use, Uncomfortable
Summary: do yourself a favor and invest in something with quality wiring
Pros: -sound quality is pretty good -Mic is clear

And yes I take good care of my headsets the q...
Cons: The microphone is extremely loud and ultra sensitive, upon arriving the microphone sounded extremely staticy and the price for a RMA return is 1/3 the cost of the headset... Definately the worst headset I have ever owned.
Summary: I will never order from newegg again because this is the third strike the first two i was thinking "well i am pretty sure this is a rare occurrence" but apparently i was wrong the quality of newegg to me seems very suspect
Pros: It came a day early??
Cons: Well i got it and the box looked like someone played kickball with it, and coincidence that i have no audio? maybe
