Summary: Black Fri price was awesome and really these are worth at least 30-35. Work great on phone, laptop. More base than treble but not too much, almost right. Bought to use on airline and they are excellent for the price cause I'm not spending $200 on a pair. No disappointment whatsoever.
Pros: Price. Sound quality. Comfort. Compact.
Cons: Swivel Earpieces could click in place better.

Summary: Brought ht-21 on sale for 15$, brought MDRV150 for 20$ few years ago. Brought 3 pairs, two for friends. Cons: 1.The bass is a bit low, but can be easily fixed with eq or bass boost 2. The padded headband seems kind of pointless to me (maybe it's just my hair = =)
