Summary: I wrote a similar review months ago but it never appeared. Maybe I typed something against the rules -- like wondering how anyone could sell these.
Pros: I can use the zippered case for something else.
Cons: Both R and L earbuds work. If only one worked, I would hear only half of the tinny, scratchy, squaky noise these buds make. Terrible sound! If the first two good reviews weren't from their CEO, I'm surprised any company wouldn't test enough of a batch to stop these from getting to market. I threw...
Pros: -Great cord, looks great and doesn't get tangled -Sound is good, not over-powered by bass (if you want ear buds that BOOM, these are not for you)
Cons: -I only pull these things out periodically when I'm at work, they have under 5 hours of use on them and are always cared for and stored in their case yet somehow the one ear bud managed to almost entirely die out, it is about 20% the volume of the other one (I tested in opposite ears to make sure...
Summary: Accepting that other reviewers who like this product are not deaf and the ones they received actually sound good, it implies MEE has a non-robust design with variables in the assembly process or subcomponent supply chain that may pass electrical tests but create frequent deficient product.
Pros: Had good reviews, so I bought a pair. Both left and right side earbuds work. The case is pretty nice. In fact, I still use the case.
Cons: Both left and right earbuds work. If only one side worked, these would only make half the grating, disappointing screech they do. I can't believe MEE would release a product without comparing it to what's out there or without testing a higher sample rate per lot after receiving customer complaint...
Summary: I have several other pairs of buds in this price range and a couple above. For the best sound for the money, I believe Thinksound is best. The other end of the spectrum are these. This is my first really negative review but I feel it's warranted.
Pros: nice braided cable does not tangle
Cons: Both earbuds work. If only one had worked, there would only be half of the bassless, sqawky screech that would come to my ears. I can't believe a company wouldn't listen to other manufacturers to see if they were even in the ballpark before they release a product that sounds like this. I've tried...
Summary: I purchased these with some Monoprice 8320's both from Amazon. The A151's sounded incredibly bright with little to no bass, even after adjusting the equaliser and burning them in for 24 hours.
The record for the most short lived phones goes to ME A151

Summary: Probably just my bad luck acting again, but i went o pick this headphones to the post office on a Thursday. When I saw them, my reaction was: the cable seems stronger in the pictures, but they seem sturdy enough. Nice sound, nice detail for the price, good sound isolation...
