Headphones for Professional/Audiophile
Pat the Video Producer, B&H Photo
3 June 2014
Excerpt: I am a video producer/editor, so really needed to replace my aging pair. I had two requirements: (1) great sound, and (2) comfort. There were a lot of headphones to choose from with #1, but #2 was much more difficult. I went into B&H and spent an hour trying them on. One sales person was really helpful and understood my dilemma. I have a small head, and the top piece of most headphones (especially the professional ones), were really uncomfortable.
Pros: Ambient Noise Ok, Comfortable, Compact, Good Bass, Good Value, Great Sound, Lightweight, Stylish
Excerpt: Besides what I had mentioned earlier about this headphones, I just dicovered that's it's the best headphones I'ver used when practicing my guitar music, especially with the attached guitar effects. The sounds that I hear are pretty much the same with what come out of the guitar amps that I used. This is great when fine-tuning the effects without disturbing my neighbor.
Excerpt: switched from in-ear buds to these on-ear style headphones and have been happy with the move. these have a low profile appearance, won't fall of off your head during commuting, and slip on and off with ease. sound wise they have a big dynamic range with plenty of low end. the little remote on the cord is pretty handy for skipping forward or backwards a song. and they're good looking to boot. no complaints!
