Great headphones for £60

Edan Kimmins, Amazon
23 February 2014
  • Summary: I bought these over a year ago now, and i can confirm they are a sound investment. The sound quality blew my mind when i first tried them, coming from only £20 headphones and earphones. The highs/mids are perfect and the bass is fantastic.

The bassiest headphones that I have ever heard

Feminem, Amazon
23 January 2014
  • Summary: I highly recommend the Q40s to any bassheads who want some decent headphones. They are far superior (in my opinion) to the ATHM50s, and to any headphone of a comparable price, or cheaper. The blow the Beats Studios out of the water in the sense bass quality, amount and value.

Good headphones - beware of comfort

Chris, Amazon
4 January 2014
  • Summary: I picked up these headphones for £49 just after Christmas, which seems a very reasonable price, especially given the replaceable lead, which I am hoping will add hugely to the longevity of these headphones.

Pablo R., Amazon
16 December 2013
  • Summary: I listen mainly to rap and R&B and I needed a new pair of headphones so, after a hard research trough forums and stores, I decided that these ones will be my choice but...oh, what a surprise when I saw the price!!

Top entry level audiophile headphones

dc, Amazon
2 June 2013
  • Summary: Those are top entry level audiophile headphones with very detailed range and decent bass (although the they do struggle on sub level bass such as those in Bassotronics - bass I love you) Well worth grabbing them at £59 when they were advertised at that price

Wonderful Sounds

FamousRob, Amazon
19 February 2013
  • Summary: The only reasonably priced headphones I've ever heard that can sparkle the high frequencies and still produce bass that shakes your face off. I compared these to a set of beats Audio headphones which were three times the cost, and these beat them (no pun intended) hands down in every department.

Great headphones

Mr. M. P. Sallos, Amazon
3 February 2013
  • Summary: I purchased these to be used with the vrm box from focusrite. Obviously that means that some level of flatness is required for my needs, and while these headphones are a bit heavy on the bass, the size and quality of the drivers makes them a really good choice.

Great headphones

Tony H "Tony H", Amazon
8 December 2009
  • Summary: I bought these headphones for listening to CDs via my Sony Mini HiFi, and so far they have been first class. Because they are the enclosed type, they have an isolating effect, which I like (but my wife does not).

Headphones

Mrs. Jeanette L. Weaver, Amazon
5 October 2009
  • Summary: These were purchased for my son who has just begun a Music Technology course at College. They were recommended by a fellow student and they are the most amazing quality. I considered them to be quite expensive but particularly in this case, you certainly get what you pay for!
