Summary: Other reviews report they were able to contact the mfg. I wonder, whats the secret?
Pros: Worked fine for the first two months, short charging time, easy pairing.
Cons: Charging is not via a usb connection, as shown in the docs. They choose a propriatary male female jack connection with a AC transformer. This charging connection started to fail after the second month, if you hold the connection to the headset at a specific angle you sometimes obtain a charge con...
Summary: I have a pair and I got a pair for my daughter. We both like them a lot for their comfort and sound. I have paired them easily with my tablet, phone and PC (Windows 7). They do sometimes stop working or get stuck in a mode.
Pros: Very light weight and comfortable Sounds great, good strong bass Pairs easily Charge lasts good while
Cons: Proprietary charging cable Occasionally have to reset to factory defaults
Summary: Well, after RMAing the second set to Thermaltake, I received a third set... which lasted 4 days. Thermaltake Customer Service was excellent - fast responsequick shipping, and finally offering a different product with a pre-paid return label for the dead BT-X3.
Pros: Sound Quality, Comfort, Thermaltake Customer Service
Summary: Have had 2 sets since January 2014. First set worked for less than 2 weeks, then stopped charging or turning on. RMA'd (shipping at my cost) and received second (new) set. After a little more than 4 months set has stopped turning on (No indicator or sound).
Cons: 1 too tight, hurts head 2 looks bad 3 too small 4 when i go jogging with it, there's a rattle sound inside the right headset. didn't notice it since i've been using it indoors but when i took it out for a run, somethings loose inside and makes a rattle sound, really annoying.
Pros: BLUETOOTH EASY TO SET UP. LIGHTWEIGHT AND COMFORTABLE
Cons: FIRST ONE LASTED 4 WEEKS, AFTER WARRANTY HASSLES THE SECOND ONE LASTED 10 DAYS! BOTH TIMES THE BATTERY WOULD NOT HOLD A CHARGE. NOT WORTH RETURNING AGAIN FOR WARRANTY, THIS ONE IS GOING INTO THE TRASH
Summary: I hope it lasts. So far, I'm a happy customer for what it cost and what I got. I'll change my review if they turn out to not last.
Pros: Comfort, sound quality is descent. I have yet to use all the functions, but so far... I'm impressed for the price. The packaging looks sheik and attractive. Nice venture by Thermaltake into headphones.
Cons: Have not used it long enough to see any... other than choice of colors is low and 80% more for the other colors. Not sure I'm happy with the red, but for the price... who could argue. I bought these for my wife and now I want them...though I'm not fond of the red... I can overlook it since the pr...
Summary: Actually amazing sound for the size and price.
Pros: Great sound.. after to receiving one I was so impressed I ordered 4 more as gifts .I was leery by the negative reviews but so far happy I purchased them. Only one of the four has had to be rest which is a 5 second fix. Pinch the on and volume button with one hand & plug USB with other, button pro...
Cons: Minus one star as although I am meticulous completing rebates, it was never received.
Summary: I bought this from shell-shocker deal, so I got less ripped off compared to people bought this for a full price.
Pros: 1.Descent sound, 2. On-ear style gives less strain to my ears compared to my Kinivo BTH-240 headphone. 3. design is pretty good.
Cons: 1. Charging cable is not standard micro-B USB. So once you lose your cable, it pretty much is useless. 2. Battery dies relatively quick. 4~5 hours then you have a neck weight. 3. After 2 months of use, it's not holding charge anymore. 4. Rebate takes forever.
