Summary: DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE! Not worth anywhere near the money and their customer support is horrendous.
Pros: They are light weight. Thats it
Cons: Absolutely everything else. They require a pairing utility that is not mentioned in the literature included with the product and only found after searching logitech forums. The sound quality is absolute garbage. constant crackling and clicking from speakers, low playback volume, mic quality isn't...
Excerpt: I purchased this headset with great expectations, but was disappointed. The sound is good and the headset is very comfortable. However, I intended to use it with Microsoft Office and could not. This is my own fault, as Microsoft Office is not one of the packages the headset works with.
Summary: I'm an event technology director, sound is my thing. Take my advice, there are countless better options.
Pros: Fairly light. Microphone has decent (not great) sound isolation in a noisy room.
Cons: Poor reception, easily disrupted signal with minimal blockage. Sound quality is absolutely horrible, my old $10 Plantronics headphone was worlds better. Really, the speakers are VERY poor quality. It says it should charge for 3 hours, but the 'charging' indicator didn't switch to green after almo...
Summary: Customer service is horrible. I asked for a simple repair and they wanted a PID number that does not exist on the head phones. I took pictures of head phones showing no physical damage, no missing stickers, all other kind of numbers but no PID.
Pros: The wireless range is good. Not much beyond that
Cons: Not the most comfortable, fits on the ear not over, sometimes you have to turn the unit on and off multiple times for it to sync with USB receiver. At times you need to unplug the usb receiver for the sync to take place. Battery life is poor at best.
Excerpt: I never write reviews so this is a first for me. Lets start off with the software and drivers for the headphones and microphone. What would appear at first to be ok tuns out to be a real hassle in the long run.
Summary: These are an average pair of headphones. The trebles are good, but the bass tones seem a bit cloudy. I'm used to them and the do a pretty good job, but certainly better than my laptop speakers. The headphones are comfortable to wear, and I often forget I have them on.
Excerpt: I have a windows 8 hp pavillion laptop i got this headset and it does not work with any of the usb ports and will not play any sound it shows up in device manager but it does not play any sound, do not buy this headset it is a waste of money like all logitech headsets i bought a wired one, doesnt...
