Logitech Wireless Headphones
19 July 2006
Pros: iPod-matching wireless headphones that work from a distance of 30 feet, available at a price comparable to other wireless iPod options. Includes rechargeable batteries for both the transmitter and headphones, and track/play/pause controls, limited volume controls.
Cons: Headphones aren’t comfortable and can’t be resized; sound quality is only okay, lacks auxiliary features included in each of its competitors.
Summary: There’s a surprising heft to these Logitech headphones – they feel well-made and fit snugly on the ears, though the foam pads made ours sweat a bit. An unremarkable charger does the job ably, giving a triumphant – well, sort of – eight hours battery life. Once fixed to your ears, things get much better. Quite unexpectedly, these have become our friends. Their unassuming design and simple controls fit well with above-average sound quality for wireless cans.
