Summary: Ordered H530 received the H540 - Prices were also different. In communication, was advised the H530 was obsolete. Received a speedy refund of difference in price. Product itself is as described and works well.
Summary: Great set of headphones, been a fan of the brand for a while and at this price well worth the upgrade as previous headphones broke after a lot of use. Very good sound quality but also excellent for singing on singsnap. Comfortable to wear too for long periods of time.
Summary: These headphones are fantastic! great sound quality, great microphone quality, comfortable. Everything you would want in headphones. The only thing I can fault it on is the huge protruding USB adapter, which my son consequently hit with his shin and snapped it, forcing me to buy new headphones :-(
Summary: The headset worked out of the box on my work Win7 PC. Build quality is great, the mute button is quite a nice touch if you're conferencing a lot. Not sure about the digital volume controls, I guess the old analogue wheel would have been faster.
Summary: Really pleased with this purchase. I've always had great experiences with Logitech products and this is no exception. My only slight negative is that the headset is somewhat smaller than I expected from the image. So the earphones do not enclose your ear but sit on them.
Summary: Bought these about 6 months ago and they've never worked properly. They don't communicate with the PC properly which means although there doesn't seem to be a hardware problem - i.e. they CAN work - they frequently cut out or reduce the volume to 0.
Summary: I had the MSN headset for messenger which was terrible. In comparison, this is much better quality audio, the speech recognition with Dragon actually works, and it is comfortable to wear. A good product.
Summary: Not pleased 1. the microphone is arranged so that it has to be worn on left hand side, sound quality of the mike is disappointing, not especially comfortable. The volume and mute controls are embedded in rh ear piece, not ideal as half way through a webex the client can't hear me!
Summary: I purchased this headset for use with Skype and the sound quality is good - the plug and play USB is great but when you wear them for a few hours on a long call they become heavy and uncomfortable on the ears - shame.
Summary: I bought this headset a few months ago and it is working very well. The microphone is good and easily muted using the button on the ear. The speakers are great for conversations and fairly good for music. So if you're looking for a headset for work purposes this is great.
