Features

The Logitech USB Headset H530 allows users to optimize EQ settings for Internet calls, music, or PC gaming using the control switch on the headset. Designed with a padded foam headband and cushioned ear cups that supports prolonged usage, the headset features a noise-canceling microphone, on-ear audio controls that let users adjust the volume and mute the microphone, a flexible rotating boom that let users position the microphone where they want it and rotate it out of the way when not in use, and super wideband audio technology developed by Skype that supports optimized calls sound. Super wideband audio also allows a larger range of frequencies, so voices sound natural. It also lets the Logitech headset use less bandwidth (up to 50% less) to deliver clear audio, and adjusts in real time when there’s more traffic on the network to provide optimized sound quality. The Logitech USB Headset H530 is covered by a 2-year limited hardware warranty and comes with a User documentation.

  • Trying to use H530 to record audio

RE: Logitech USB headset H530 Q: I have been trying to use this headset for recording audio but it generates a LOT of humming background noise. This is not external/environmental background noise, there isn't anything for me to 'turn off.' This humming is coming from the headset. Is it possible that this product is just not designed for recording clear audio? Or, do I need to adjust something? Using Windows XP, and Audacity. Thanks.
