Summary: It should probably be cheaper. But it's the best in this category I've used so far.
Pros: Lightweight. Long battery. Fairly durable. Bluetooth AND USB dongle.
Cons: If your car is super noisy, it may not be QUITE loud enough. I have a very noisy car though. Also, It's very easy to lose the USB dongle. Figuring out how to pair the bluetooth was a little challenging, until I googled it.
Excerpt: Love how easily I can go from my laptop to my smartphone. It's super clear and the range is awesome. I can go from my office area on the 3rd floor to the kitchen on the 1st floor with no problems.
Excerpt: I bought this headset for using with Skype and iPhone. It was easy to set up and self contained and works well. I was very impressed with the sound quality and found that listening to Spotify via my laptop was excellent.
Excerpt: Great headset. Easy to set up and use. After charging for the first time, plug in the USB, turn on and use. Works well with Skype and listening to music and videos. If battery is low, then use while plugged in computer for many additional hours of use. I used while making dinner and baking.
Pros: *Durable/flexible (wouldn't like to test it) *Great sound quality (compared to my beats!) *Long Battery life (I get 6+ hours) *Longer range then 12m *Great value *Handy storage for micro receiver *Very Light
Cons: *Buttons are a bit glitchy with Macbook *iPhone glitchy when using buttons *some minor connection problems *you should be able to us it as a USB headset also, the cord only charges *Microphone quality not very good, good for Skype calls, not recording
Summary: I do not see what everyone's problem is with these headphones. They sound good have decent range and work with the RF nano receiver or bluetooth. In my experience the call quality is second to none whether on my computer or by bluetooth on my phone.
Despite other reviewers, USB dongle was included for me.

Summary: I purchased this to replace the H800 that was given to me as a gift - I broke it. The headphones did come with the usb dongle - it is stored inside the left side of the device - inside the battery cover.
Pros: USB, Bluetooth together - I can use this across all my devices Sound quality - not the highest quality for music, but still quite excellent Price Replaceable battery
Cons: Only real con is that it is a refurb, so one does take a chance on the longevity.
Excerpt: I bought these to use with my Dragonwear voice recognition software - but now use 'em for everything. I do have another nice headset (TDK) I bought at Staples, but it is corded - and these are light and wire-free. I plan to buy a set for my daughter as a gift soon.
