Logitech H800 Wireless Headset

PDFrank, Staples
28 February 2015
  • Excerpt: Bought this mainly for Dragon Naturaly speaking 12. The supplied headset that came with the software didn't work well at all. Purchase the Logitech H800 for the wireless convenience , audio quality, and noise cancelling mike. The headset has performed great in all aspects.

  • Excerpt: I use VOIP for work and am used to leaving my head set powered on all the time during the day.DUe to the limited battery life- I have two choices- turn off th head set (inconvenient for incoming calls) or leave it plugged in to charge when I am not actually using it.Other than learning the hard way...

Very good product; battery life is just okay, though.

  • Summary: The headset is a pretty good one -- you don't have to fuss with annoying wires, and you can basically forget about the dongle by leaving it in your USB port. The only bad part about this is the battery life. It seems very short to me, a person that uses a headset often for hours at a time.

I have switched back to a corded headset. Less hassle and it always works.

Great headset for online calls via PC

ChicagoProf, Staples
24 July 2014
  • Excerpt: This headset is very comfortable, not too heavy and not too tight to wear. It is also high quality as I can hear calls and other callers can hear me clearly. The buttons on the headset are convenient to mute calls and turn the volume up and down.

Decent Headset

MarkG,, TigerDirect.com
30 April 2014
  • Summary: This headset works well. The sound quality is great for the price. Reception distance is great, with fresh batteries it works from about 40 feet away with two walls between laptop and headset. I only use it for Skype, and voice quality is just as good as my wired ones.

  • Excerpt: Easy to set up, works well and the range is about 30 feet in my home office. The construction seems a bit cheap plastic and feels cheaper than it is.

Decent

Kiara R., Newegg
21 March 2014
  • Summary: At the end of the day I believe this product deserves 4 stars. Its not bad and does everything you would expect in a pair like this however it is a bit expensive for what it is and certainly could be better.
  • Pros: This set really does have a lot going for it They are VERY comfortable, even if you use them over 8hrs at a time. It has good range, I would say about 20-30ft with one thin wall before they start to cut out somewhat. The battery life is between 3.5-7hrs on a full charge with continuous use depend...
  • Cons: I had the h600 before this set and they actually had the same mic and sound about the same only the battery seemed to last a few hours longer with the h600. In some ways the h600 is better because the mic is always really good on the h600 but on this set I think the mic may reduce quality a bit w...
