Excerpt: My setup is one desktop and one laptop. I have an AB switch and they both connect fine via the dangle. Bluetooth does not pair to my Panasonic Bluetooth phone. Open a case with Logitech and got no response. Other posts on the net claim the same issue (all other headsets pair to the Panasonic phone, but h=this headset does not). Logitech response is that it is a Panasonic issue. They never even bothered responding to me. My advice - use with caution.
Summary: I couldn't get the bluetooth capability to work, so I had to use the doggle included, which was unfortunate as I had built in bluetooth and did not want to waste a USB port. It is a nice headset though.
Excerpt: Overall I am satisfied with the price performance of this product. Easy to install with both the wireless adapter and Bluetooth capabilities included. Product, however, is very tight to wear and is very hot on your ears. After only 20 minutes on a call, I find myself moving the headset around to allow my ears to cool off.
Summary: The plug for the charging came loose in one month and will not charge. I got the warranty on it but they will not honor it and told me to go to Logitech to get it fixed. The headphones worked great before it broke.
Excerpt: My first set of wireless Bluetooth headphones.Sound is very good and the Bluetooth connect ability is good.Loudness is ok, you can't blow your eardrums out with these.I don't use the mouth piece so can't review. They fold up for storage (would have liked a drawstring bag for the price paid).Wouldn't connect to my old MacBook even trying the included USB device included with the headphones.
Excerpt: It works OK. First weekend I used it I paired it as a bluetooth with my iPhone and the party on the other end of the call could not hear a thing I said, so I disconnected from the bluetooth. That part of functionality is not very strong. The headset works well when at my desktop. I don't give high points to the internal battery, it can charge out after 2 hours discussion, and then take 4 hours to recharge, so, continuous use is not recommended unless you want to recharge...
Buy it as a Bluetooth device...not so good for PC......
4 December 2013
Summary: Well , It performs very good as a Bluetooth device on my Samsung Galaxy S4, Excellent performance for listening to music but pretty average on voice and viber calls. The real Cons are with its mini RF receiver which is meant for PC... The audio quality is poor...Can't Listen to anything If the Master PC Volume Isn't turned to 80%...
Summary: I bought these with good intentions but I could not wear these things for more than an hour. The high pitched noise (I can hear because I am younger) is really bothersome and gives me a big headache. I would rather buy myself a desktop mic and some wired headphones than to go through the effort of wireless which is why they now reside in my drawer and are soon to be sold.
Summary: Even though it was a breeze to setup, the quality was just ok. This came defective. The right headset speaker was distorted. Tried every setting to correct this to no avail. Returning for refund.
Summary: This is on me for not reading the description as thoroughly as I could have, but the little receivers all look the same...so I assumed that if I already had a mouse and keyboard connected to my PC I coiuld just connect the headset too! NO! the headset is bluetooth so now I need to use 2 USB ports if I want to use the 3 devices.
