Summary: Complete disaster. Installed the headset and now I can't use any audio mics on my machine. Even when switched off in system preferences audio input I still can't use anything. More another trip to the Mac store will be required to rid me of this H800 virus!
Summary: I don't normally flame products - especially Logitech products. Let me preface by saying that over the years I have LOVED Logitech - like many of you I have been a loyal customer for 20 years - or MORE. I've owned Macs, PC's and have used every OS since OS 6 on the Mac and Win 3.1. And Logitech products have sometimes been a bit annoying in terms of software reliability - their drivers have been a bit well "hinky". But this headset takes the cake.
Summary: After 1-2 months of owning my headset i am unable to stand up from my desk and go more than 2 meters away from my computer without my mic playing high pitch digital tone. overall i do not think its worth the money it costs.
Summary: I use a USB headset all day every day for my job, as manager of a call center. Therefore, reliability is essential. This headset spontaneously would go to "MUTE", requiring resetting of audio- not good when trying to pick up a call from a client. Most recently the battery will not charge- headset no longer functions. I used this headset for 6-7 months. During that time i always carried a backup headset with me.
